• A deep-clean approach, not a quick surface tidy

We don’t rush through homes - we clean properly.

 Our Signature Eco Clean is designed as a deep reset of your home.
To achieve the level of detail we provide (steam cleaning, bathrooms scrubbed, kitchens detailed, touch points cleaned, etc.), 3 hours is the minimum required for a standard 3-bedroom home.

Anything less would compromise the quality.

Yes - we kindly ask that surfaces and floors are free of clutter so we can focus on cleaning rather than organising.

You don’t need to clean beforehand - just tidy.

If you prefer, we can spend the first 10–15 minutes collecting loose items into a basket, (please provide, so it can be left behind) but this will reduce cleaning time elsewhere.

Large amounts of dishes, laundry scattered, or heavy clutter may require additional time and will always be discussed prior to charge. 

If you have a heavier job that requires extra attention - please don't be afraid to ask. 

Trust me when I say, I have seen it all! Your job will never scare me. We're here to help however we can.

Online bookings are available from:

• 8:30am & 11:30am

These are just our standard cleaning blocks to ensure quality and consistency.

Weekend cleans are available by request - so please email or call to discuss availability.
Our afterhours services for Commercial Spaces open from 09:00pm. Please get in touch to arrange a quote and discuss best time to commence cleaning.

We’re happy to tailor a service to your needs.

We use eco-conscious, family and pet-friendly cleaning products wherever possible. Our day-to-day residential and office cleans are carried out using carefully selected products that are:

• Non-toxic
• Safe around children and pets
• Low-odour
• Free from harsh unnecessary chemicals
• Effective on everyday build-up and bacteria

We also use professional steam cleaning to sanitise floors using high heat rather than heavy chemicals, which reduces residue and is a safer option for families and pets.

For Bond Cleans and End of Build Cleans, stronger commercial-grade products are sometimes required to remove heavy grease, grout haze, construction dust, adhesive residue and soap scum build-up.

These products are:

• Used selectively and responsibly
• Chosen for effectiveness and compliance
• Applied in controlled amounts
• Properly diluted according to safety guidelines

Even when using more powerful products, we remain mindful of environmental impact and safe handling practices.

Our goal is always to balance effectiveness with responsibility — delivering professional results without unnecessary chemical exposure.

No - we bring all of our own professional equipment and supplies.

You do not need to provide anything unless you have a specific product preference you would like us to use.
If you would like us to do a quick run around and collect bits and bobs into a basket before the clean, please just provide the basket!

Yes. We love pets!

Please let us know in advance if pets will be home during the clean, and ensure they are secured (if necessary) for safety.

Please let us know at the time of booking.

We can adjust products where possible and avoid strong scents if required.

We are planning to officially open bookings for End of Build / Post-Construction Cleans in mid-2026.

These services will include:

• Full construction dust removal
• Internal glass & detailing
• Kitchen & bathroom handover presentation
• Floor steam cleaning
• Builder handover preparation

If you are a builder or developer interested in partnering with us, we welcome early enquiries.

 Yes — we provide office and commercial maintenance cleans. Quoted individually following inspection. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to accommodate cleaning large scale commercial sites.

Evening cleans are available by arrangement. 

Bond and commercial cleans are quoted individually following inspection to ensure the property meets required standards.

There is no call-out fee for inspections.

• Carpet washing (can be arranged separately)
• Hazardous waste removal
• Heavy decluttering/organising 

We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand life happens, truly. Please just reach out so we can offer the time to another client who may be wating :)
