Payment must be made in full on the day of the clean (100% required).
Payment is due before completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not received on the day, we reserve the right to:
-pause/stop the service,
--withhold handover confirmation,
-decline future bookings, and/or
-charge additional admin or recovery fees where applicable.
Many of our services are time-based. This means we work through your home/office systematically within the booked time.
If the property is larger, has heavy build-up, excessive clutter, or requires additional tasks, we may not be able to complete every item within the time booked.
If additional time is required, we can:
offer to extend time (if available), billed at our standard hourly rate, or
recommend a follow-up booking / upgrade.
Your booking includes only the tasks listed for that service (Eco Maintenance, Signature, Deep Detail Upgrade, Office Maintenance, etc.).
Bond Cleans / Commercial Bond / End of Build / Post-Construction services may require inspection and are quoted individually due to differing site conditions and handover standards.
We do not guarantee “bond return” outcomes (as final decisions sit with property managers/landlords), but we clean to professional standards consistent with the booked scope and time.
To get the best results from your booking:
We ask that the property is tidied (not cleaned) before we arrive:
-clear floors where possible,
-put away personal items,
-leave accessible benches/surfaces.
-If there is clutter, we can do a quick gather into a basket/area if requested, but this time comes out of your booked cleaning time.
Dishes:
-a small amount is fine, this is expected.
-large amounts of dishes/pots/pans must be stacked neatly or may reduce time available for other tasks.
You must provide safe access at the scheduled time (keys, codes, gate access, or someone present).
If we cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and fees may apply.
If you request a key/lockbox arrangement, you accept responsibility for correct instructions and safe storage.
We reserve the right to refuse, pause or modify services if conditions are unsafe, including but not limited to:
Where possible, we will discuss options with you.
Please tell us at booking if you have pets and whether they will be home.
Pets must be secured if:
We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless agreed otherwise.
We use eco-conscious products wherever possible. For some services (particularly bond cleans / heavy grease / build-up removal), stronger professional products may be used responsibly to meet inspection standards while still being mindful of safety and environmental impact.
If you have allergies/sensitivities to scents or ingredients, you must notify us prior to your booking so we can accommodate where reasonably possible.
Unless specifically booked/quoted, we do not include:
If something is damaged due to our negligence, we will take reasonable steps to rectify it (repair/replace) at our discretion and in line with our insurance and assessment.
You must notify us of any concerns within 24 hours of the service (photos appreciated). Issues reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted due to inability to verify cause.
Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or delicate items not disclosed are not our responsibility.
You agree to provide, where required:
We reserve your time exclusively and often decline other bookings to honour your appointment. Thank you for respecting our schedule.
We may take before/after photos for quality control and/or insurance documentation.
We will not post identifiable photos of your personal belongings or your address without your consent.
If you consent to marketing photos, you can withdraw consent at any time in writing.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with Australian privacy principles. We only use your information to provide services, manage bookings, and communicate with you.
All Bond and End of Build Cleans are quoted individually and may require:
Quotes are based on information provided and visible site conditions at time of inspection.
If the property condition differs significantly on the day of service, additional charges may apply.
We clean to professional presentation standards aligned with:
Final bond release decisions remain at the discretion of the property owner or managing agent.
If a property manager or builder identifies reasonable cleaning-related concerns within 48 hours of handover, and those items fall within the originally agreed scope:
• We will return once to rectify those items at no additional labour charge.
This does not apply where:
Additional visits beyond the initial rectification may be chargeable.
We are not responsible for dust, debris, marks or damage caused by:
If further cleaning is required due to continued works, this will be charged as a new booking.
The client must ensure:
Hazardous waste removal is not included.
We are not responsible for:
Adhesive and residue removal is performed where safe and reasonable without damaging surfaces.
Builder or real estate delays may impact scheduling.
We require confirmation of site readiness prior to dispatch.
If a site is not ready upon arrival, the cancellation policy may apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
